Dayton Rehabilitation Institute provides a broad spectrum of outpatient services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

The Rehab Continuum
- Once discharged from inpatient rehabilitation or from the hospital, many patients continue to need therapy services. Outpatient therapy is the next step on the road to recovery.
- Other patients may be referred directly from their doctor's office or may have completed a course of home health and still have therapy needs.
- Workers injured on the job are also ideal candidates for outpatient therapy.
Sampling Of Diagnoses Treated
- Neurological conditions, including stroke, brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and spinal cord injury
- Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
- General debilitation, usually characterized by muscle weakness and decreased endurance

Ask your doctor to refer you to Dayton Rehabilitation Institute. If you have not had the opportunity to see our facility as a participant in our inpatient program, please come by and take a tour. We can provide you with a prescription form to take with you to your next doctor's visit. Then, simply contact our outpatient department, and you will be scheduled.
